In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 6.302-1, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Huron, South Dakota intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to Bennett_Alvarado INC. for purpose of supplying bushing assembly and all associate hardware for replacement, supervising the replacement of BCT cover, and testing BCT's to ensure product us properly maintained and will maintain the last two years of the warranty. Bennett-Alvarado and its employees are the sole provider and authorized worker for MEPPI. They are allowed to provide service and installation for all instrumentation manufactured and sold by Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy WAPA's requirement.
