The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Black Hills Healthcare System in Rapid City, SD., has a requirement for brand name or equal AED Analyzer, to be placed into the new Rapid City CBOC.
This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102, FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105.
The solicitation will be issued as an Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for service disabled veteran owned business concerns. Please find attached the Salient Characteristics, Delivery Schedule, and SOW.
