BRAND-NAME ONLY:
This is a Brand-Name only procurement. To be considered for this procurement the Boss SR MAG Snowrator. This requirement is needed since the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System already owns a Boss SR MAG Snowrator. It would not make organizational sense to have attachments that are not interchangeable in order to ensure safe environment for veterans, visitors and staff.

BUY AMERICAN ACT
The provisions of the Buy American Act apply to this procurement. Completion of 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate is required.
