The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for “Lake Oahe Project, SD Broadleaf Spraying”. The solicitation will close on 28 April 2023 at 1pm CST. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

This is a service contract to provide chemical broadleaf control on lands administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Lake Oahe Project.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, chemical, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform chemical weed control as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

NAICS Code:

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730-Landscaping Services "Spraying Lawns/Weed Control and Fertilizing Services", with a size standard of $9.5M.

Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
