The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event in Rapid City, SD on January 5-7th, 2024. Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment, and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 45 Youth (ages 6-17) and 15 Children (ages 0-5). Qustions due on writing NLT 5Oct23 5PM MST to shelly.j.thomson.civl@army.mil.

This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM registration at the time of the solicitation closing October 12, 2023 @ 12pm.
