Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary remove and replace approximately 475 square feet of concrete sidewalk and approximately 900 square feet of heavy-duty concrete driveway at the Federal Building in Huron, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.

The solicitation will be issued on February 14, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on March 13, 2024. Anticipated award date is March 29, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
