Description

The A/E will provide architectural/engineering (A/E) services to complete Type C Inspecion services to support the construction of a new Aircraft Maintenance Facility that includes multiple aircraft maintenance shops with offices, administrative support areas, storage, and latrine and locker room space in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and the requirements set forth in Tab C (ANGETL 10-03), except wherein changes are made below. Disciplines to be involved in the Type C Services include but not limited to architectural, Structural, Force Protection, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection. Special construction requirements of this facility include Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) construction areas in accordance with ICD/ICS 705. The project scope is approximately 45,780 SF with a budget of $15,000,000.
