Testing changed to 10 June 2023 and 30 June 2023 the final dates of the testing being coordinated with the Oahe project office. Total Period of Performance now 10 June 2023 – 30 Oct 2023. The PWS change notated in red. Proposal due date remains 5 June 2023.
