The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to provide meals. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Meals for the Recruit Sustainment Program in Sioux Falls, SD. Meals to be provided and served one weekend a month, beginning with a Saturday noon meal through Sunday breakfast with a sack lunch provided. Approximately 120 personnel per meal.
Base Period – May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025 (12 Months)
Option Period I – May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026 (12 Months)
Option Period II – May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027 (12 Months)
The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract.
This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the SAM.gov website.
