The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Advance Occupational Education at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 with a size standard of $32.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as unrestricted.

The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-types contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government.

All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The solicitation will be made available on or about July 28, 2023, and will be distributed solely through the System Award Management website at https://sam.gov.
