The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued the DRAFT solicitation FA469023R0005. At this time EAFB plans to compete and award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) for intergraded solid waste services for Ellsworth AFB. (This acquisition plan may change upon release of final solicitation) See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for more information.

This will be a 100% Section 8(a) set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562111 with a size standard of $47,000,000.00. To be eligible to compete for this Section 8(a) set-side, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
