1. General:



The Black Hills Health Care System is requiring a JCB 270T Compact Track Loader -or- Equivalent. This requirement includes equipment procurement and delivery. The contractor shall supply the required equipment or equivalent.



2. Salient Characteristics:




  1. 70+ HP Diesel engine

  2. Vertical lift path

  3. Traction lug 15.7 inches wide

  4. Rated operating capacity of 2,700+ pounds

  5. Industry standard quick hitch

  6. Standard hydraulic circuit at 24+ GPM

  7. Fully welded chassis

  8. A wide-opening side door

  9. Capable of adjusting the sensitivity of the joystick

  10. Standard 2-point lap belt seat belt

  11. Suspension Seat

  12. Rated operating capacity (ROC) 3,900+ pounds

  13. Tipping load rated at 7,990+ pounds

  14. Minimum 84’’ Bucket with capacity of minimum 0.6 cu yds



The attachments to the Compact Track Loader -or- Equivalent, included with your response shall bring the main piece of equipment up to the same level of functionality that would be achieved with the items listed.
