The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event in Rapid City, SD on January 5-7th, 2024. Childcare services, meeting space (vendor and childcare), audio/visual equipment, and food/beverages will be secured by the selected offeror with monitoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC. This event will have approximately 170 Adults, 75 Youth (ages 6-17) and 15 Children (ages 0-5).

This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM registration at the time of the solicitation closing (closing date to be determined on solicitation notice). The solicitation will follow this presolicitation approximately within two weeks.
