The Cheyenne River Health Center intends to award a "Sole Source" Non-Personal Service contract for Printers/Multifunction Devices/Copier/Fax Machines/Scanners Maintenance, Repair, Support Services for the IT Dept at the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte,S.D. The service contract requires "ON-SITE" support within a two (2) hour time frame; with the remoteness of the CRHC and the need for the support for the IT Dept to ensure all IT software, hardware are in constant functioning order to ensure all systems are insync and running properly for the Health Center from the inpatient, outpatient, ER, Pharmacy, etc are all maintained and functioning at all times which affects direct patient care. The winter months and remoteness of the Health Center it is dire to have a contract to maintain and be readily available for such service if the need should arise.
