SCOPE: Procurement of cable television and internet service for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System campus located at 2501 W. 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Service shall be for all buildings located on campus.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Vendor shall provide the following for cable television service:

Provide cable television (CATV) service without requiring modification to the current CATV distribution system at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS).
Provide CATV service for approximately 170 televisions.
Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week on-site technical support for any service-related issues.
The vendor is responsible for all equipment, material, and labor up to the SFVAHCS s demarcation point.
Provide all parts, equipment, labor, and travel for any service-related repairs and/or updates to the CATV service.
Provide, at a minimum, the following channel lineup. Note that channels 81-84 are Sioux Falls VA channels that are combined with the cable service lineup.
The Vendor shall provide the following for internet service:
Provide internet service without requiring modification to the current system at the SFVAHCS.
Provide 1 Gig download x 60 Mbps upload speeds.
Provide the SFVAHCS with five (5) static IPs.

After a review of the responses to this notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted to Contract Opportunities. A response to this notice is not an adequate reply to the forthcoming solicitation.
