Non-Personal Healthcare Service, Commercial Item, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Labor Hour Contract with Fixed, Fully Loaded (all-inclusive) Hourly Rates to provide Emergency Department Management and Staffing Services for the Pine Ridge and Rosebud IHS Hospitals, South Dakota. As a result of two (2) NAICS Appeals to RFP 75H70623R00008, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2: Unusual and Compelling Urgency, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2)) was approved on 5/3/2023 to maintain continuity of critical medical support services pending the decision from the Small Business Administration (SBA).
