The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its Military customers by entering into one (1) Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) to supply Fresh Milk and Dairy Items to Group I – South Dakota.

The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk and Dairy items for delivery beginning November 24, 2023 to November 21, 2026. Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various DoD customers in the Ellsworth AFB, SD area. For all Class I fluid milk items, the EPA will be applied in accordance with DLAD 52.216-9032 (see in Statement of Work) throughout the contract. Pricing for all other items will remain firm fixed for the entire term of the contract. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation.

Solicitation SPE300-23-R-X013 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the state of South Dakota. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from November 24, 2023 to November 21, 2026.

The solicitation contains one group:

Group 1: Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.
