The City of Watertown is soliciting proposals for the following scope of services: 1) feasibility and scoping of needs, 2) design of necessary replacement HVAC equipment to include new Rooftop Units (RTUs), and 3) procurement and installation of new HVAC equipment to service the HVAC, air handling, and dehumidification needs for the aquatic areas of the Prairie Lakes Wellness Center.

Consideration should be given within the project schedule to minimize disruption to Wellness Center operations. The expected completion date of the Project is August 15, 2025.

Submission Requirements

Proposals will be based on the submission of a comprehensive listing and description of the scope of services provided for each segment (1 through 3) of the above project with the associated costs. Proposals should also include a brief description of the entities experience and ability to successfully manage and complete the project.

Any special conditions should be noted on a separate sheet of paper and included with the proposal.

Deadline for Questions

All questions shall be submitted by January 5, 2024. It is anticipated any necessary uniform responses to all bidders will be issued by the City via formal addendum by January 11, 2024.

Evaluation

Only proposals containing the required information will be considered and will be evaluated based on price, experience, and project schedule.

Timing is of the Essence

It is expected to make a selection by January 26, 2024, with formal City Council Approval of an Agreement on February 5, 2024.

The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
